They start with a group interview and if you pass you go onto a one on one with a shift leader and if you pass that then you go onto the final interview with the store manager.

I got an email that I was requested for an in person interview the day before the interview. It was a group interview, where they asked basic questions as to why we wanted to work for In N Out, how we work in a team, what we are interested in, etc.

Very easy and relaxing interview process. You are taken in for an interview by the manager and he or she just speaks to you about your duties, compensation and hours. They then just ask you the typical interview questions and ask you if you could be a part of their team and why.
