InFactory Solutions interview questions

Interview happened in a great manner, questions asked and answered. I kind of own growing nature and expressed my future plans ofcourse aligning with the company. The interviewer did not like the fact. I am looking to grow and may be interested in project manager roles in the future in the same company.

It was an utterly disrespectful procedure. I was asked to code a simple 3D projection of the chessboard before any interview. After submitting the code, I got a message that after viewing my documents, they are not going to shortlist me. Why send the code before even viewing my documents???
