Interview happened in a great manner, questions asked and answered. I kind of own growing nature and expressed my future plans ofcourse aligning with the company. The interviewer did not like the fact. I am looking to grow and may be interested in project manager roles in the future in the same company.

I had the opportunity to write my thesis in the same area. Having said that I am tehnically sound and interviewer was impressed with the questions he asked. I asked competetative salary according to my education and experience and they did not like it

Interview
It was an utterly disrespectful procedure. I was asked to code a simple 3D projection of the chessboard before any interview. After submitting the code, I got a message that after viewing my documents, they are not going to shortlist me.
Why send the code before even viewing my documents???
