Independent Age interview questions

The job description included only one interview. However, afterwards was told that first interview would be 30 minutes virtual interview and then if successful, would be invited to a one hour formal interview - panel discussions etc that was scheduled for the following week. Following the first interview, I was told they would inform me the results by Friday - but they never contacted afterwards.

Never got through to the interview stage in other jobs I have completed an interview along with the task, a truly awful and patronising experience, the whole experience has left me feeling very depressed and belittled.
