The interview process was business casual. You were allowed to met the consumer and their family. They told you about their needs. If you did not want to do that , then you can inform them what you are willing to do. They provide training including First Aid/CPR. Each month they have training. Everyone gets yearly shota. It is to protect you and the consumers.
