pre employment background -paperwork resume submission screening interview-talked to recruiter ihire webcam interview-by investigator Talked to all parties .Upon finishing web interview ,guy will contact me in two days either way.This was Bs since I tired to reach out to them at several parties with no reply. Just another shark company in the business. Disrespectful. A step ahead of these cats when it comes to roping in tactics.

I did not really have to go through an interview process. My references and resume were enough to be able to be trained for the position. I talked on the phone with hiring manager about availability and experience, but it was pretty much a hiring set up vs interview.
