It took one day process. First round is written test questions related to control and instrumentation then after written test they conduct personal interview there are three members who take interview.

Mainly focus with major project, internship and control instrumentation related questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at India Glycols (Kāshīpur, Uttaranchal) in Aug 2015
Interview
Good Experience the process was well organised there were three rounds of interview. 2 technical and 1 HR. Technical rounds were quiz followed by face 2 face interview and then HR interview which has some generic questions. The technical round was good and the questions were mostly related to the subject area.
