Managing partner himself conducted the interview, he was very calm and asked inquisitive questions. His demeanor was relaxing and made us extremely comfortable. There was healthy banter and jokes which gave an accurate idea of the company culture.

They do not ask any relevant question as partner himself has no knowledge. He just checks whether one can work according to his instructions without asking any logical questions. Just partner takes one round after that you are good to go.
