Indiana Black Expo interview questions

My first interview with the company was absolutely fantastic - my interviewer was incredibly enthusiastic and I left feeling great about the organization. My second interview with the executive director was another story. She was clearly disinterested in the interview from the get-go, most notably because she was almost 15 minutes late (which she neither acknowledged nor apologized for). Despite my previous interview in which my relevant experience was highlighted and praised, it was barely acknowledged by the executive director. Not only did I not get the job, I never heard back from the organization at all, other than a terse “thank you” in response to my thank you note. All in all, I feel like I dodged a bullet.
