Interview
Was interviewed by the Manager of Med / Surgical units in 1 to 1. The interview was an appropriate length of time, the interviewer was extremely professional and made you feel at ease. Questions that I had were received well and was given knowledgeable answers.
After applying a recruiter reached out. After speaking to the recruiter a hiring manager then reached out. An interview was held with the manager and then the director joined briefly.

I started with an Online application. HR contacted me with a telephone interview. Then, from there, I had an in-person interview with different unit managers. Lastly, there was a peer review interview.

Phone interviews followed by in person shadow interview. Everyone was professional and kind and more than happy to answer any questions I had. They made the interview process much less stressful than I had anticipated it being.
