Industrial Cooling Solutions interview questions

3 interviews, all informal. Mostly BS sessions, no guidance. No real questions. There was far more conversation about correlating "dating" and "sex" with sales and business. The owner/manager was really incompetent about any other aspect of the interview. He loved talking about himself, his sales experience and how he can teach anyone to sell or date.

I knew this guy, it is a small industry and I have been around. This guy reaches out and tells me how great things are and I think ok, I like the sounds of it. So we talk and he puts me to work. It was that simple.
