If you cannot sponsor a visa or let the candidate do the paperwork, then why even shortlist the CV and call for an interview? I'm not sure why you even have a diversity and inclusion page.

Interview
It was very engaging and I really like the flow of the interview. The interviewer were so friendly and not intimidating at all. They are open to all sorts of questions.
