Although there is the opportunity for growth within our company, there is the obligation to prove yourself within our training guidelines before being promoted to an executive role. We have a firm policy to hire 100% from within our company which has created a reliable and proven business model. This model has no relation to a pyramid scheme. All our positions are paid W2 and have an hourly base included. Infinite Marketing Group has never had any commission only or 1099 jobs. Weekly checks are paid from our payroll department and taxed by all federal and state guidelines.
