It was the worst interview process I have ever been, they don't have a minimum of respect with their applicants, they ended ghosting you if they don't want to follow the process with you and give you no reason for it, after 3 days sending messages to the hiring agent and no receiving responses, it was totally clear they ghosted you.
Starting with the person who contacts you, it seems kinda shady and feels like an unorthodox process, initially they ask you about the requirements they already ask in their job posting and that you already filled previously in their forms, then they send you a Technical Test online that barely its only 20% related to the job offer you are applying, later they send you to a cultural fit with some of their hiring managers and during the interview they tell you things to scare you with the following technical interviews and insinuating that you are lying about your career profile and technical skills.
At the end if they are not interested doesn't have the decency of reaching you and telling you that you are no longer in the process.
WORST HIRING PROCESS, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
