The interview process was thorough and involved six different interviews. The interviews involved soft skills as well as technical skills. Some of the technical interviews involved direct dom manipulation and building out functional react components with a specific criteria, while another one was using TDD to solve a technical problem. The interviewers were all really great in conveying the purpose of the exercises, pair programming, and in their attitudes towards the interview process. Lefan (Recruiter) and Jasmine (Recruiting Coordinator), as well as the interviewers, were all extremely accommodating to my needs throughout the interview process. Knowing I was on a tight deadline, they worked with me to try and get through all six parts of the interview process as soon as possible. In addition to this, they were in constant communication with me whenever I needed it (phone or email), were extremely responsive whenever I had questions, and made sure that I was clear on what was going on throughout the interview process. I really appreciated their candor, their willingness to help, and their ability to work with me in order to make the process as smooth and easy as possible considering my tight deadline.
