There are 3 Round, 2 tech and 1 HR, they will not release offer and keep candidate on hold. before HR discussion they require your joining documents, I tried to contact HR @Akanshsa, she not responded mail and mobile call for update. please dont go for interview for such company, and dont share your personal document before joining.
