I have been working at Infogain full-time

    Pros

Only Work life balance. Nothing else

    Cons

    No opportunity for deserving candidates
If u are fresher and you are interested in some particular technology/Project then they would not like to listen u
Hr are just Puppets . if u are female employee and u get harassed by someone. They will not even do the proper inquiry.
They dont give u appraisal on the basis of your skill/hard work but on the basis of Project's fund.
career wise growth is slow here same with salary.

    Advice to Management

    Hr should behave like HR.
Appraisal should be on the basis of employee's Hard work not on The fund of project

I worked at Infogain full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Work-life balance coz onus of work is passed around and Management hardly cares.

    Cons

Their only interest is to sell the company so logically all efforts undertaken by management are short-term and not employee friendly. To keep their private equity investor happy they go heavy on cost cutting (Letting go of resources on 'Bench'). No IP's or serious solutions to offer. The major clientele has left and are surviving on a few accounts. Market news is that candidates are not willing to join this mismanaged and directionless company. I'm just glad I left at the right time.

    Advice to Management

Keep personal ego's aside and work on building a company that nurtures customers and stop looking for the next shortsighted scapegoat to invest or buy the company. Replace senior designations (including the untrustworthy CEO) with real talent.

I have been working at Infogain full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Friendly Employees, Open to work in new areas,

    Cons

Few Salespeople left. Executive Management positions seem to be limited to India heritage only. Training opportunities available mostly in India. Internal process and PM management tools are limited, difficult to use, and are not up to mark.

    Advice to Management

Walk the talk, provide commercial tools for process and project management. Provide tool/technology trainings globally, not just in GDC. Budget for external training and people development. Promote based upon performance not location or heritage.
