    I worked at Infogain full-time

    Pros

There were many when I joined the company back in 2009 but none now.

    Cons

After Chris Caps(Blue Star by default) acquired Infogain, the whole management of Infogain changed. The fun @ work feature is no more there. No appraisals in last 3 years. No one listens to grievances. Older employees sticking with Infogain is only due to constraints like location etc.

    Advice to Management

Invest in employees who are your assets and ambassadors. You hire people from outside on much higher package but are not ready to give hike of even 5% to your existing employees who work for you on already meager salary.
