I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infor (Alpharetta, GA) in Aug 2011
Interview
I applied for the staff accountant position through my university's career services group. My first interview was with the group's manager and was scheduled by Career services within one week of me applying. Technically it was not a true interview, the manager basically spoke about the company, the position, the work and his team the whole time. I got called back for a second interview by the manager to meet the manager's boss as well as the team i would be working with. Again, very informal interview with more discussion around what would be my responsibilities than the typical interview questions. The team part of the interview was very interesting because they were very open with me about how the department ran and what i should expect out of my role if they extended me an offer. I was very appreciative of this.

Interview
The process took about 2 weeks. I applied through my school website, and I got an email soon after. I then had a phone interview a few days later with a Infor Recruiter. Once I got past that interview, I was brought in for a face2face a few days later with the team I would be working with, and the director of the finance department. A few days later, they called me in for a final interview, where I met the senior director. The interview was very laid back, I asked them more questions than they asked me. They make the interviewing not so intimidating!
