Interview
Started with a first stage interview with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, followed by review with hiring manager. Very hard to make contact with a human in the application process until the first interview invitation. Approximately 2 months between application and first communication & interview. Approximately a further 2 months to have the outcome confirmed.

Basic questions - e.g. summarising experiences to date, key strengths, experience leading people, experience optimising workflow. A relaxed, exploratory conversation that took shape based on the answers given.
