      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Informatica (Dublin, Dublin) in Jul 2019

      Interview

Was kept in the loop at every step. A lengthy background check may be done so be prepared for lots of questions. Phone, face to face and video link up is likely part of the process.

      Sales Manager Interview

      Jul 10, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Informatica in Jun 2017

      Interview

Quick and only two questions. I had more questions asked of me when I was working part time in college. Very disappointed in how they screen applicants. They should dig much deeper than two questions.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How many people have you managed and your salary range? Nothing else this is it. They will pass up many good people interviewing like this. Very poor way to interview senior level people.
