One phone interview, one in person with 3 managers. Normal interview process, they do ask about what you like to do in your free time and more personality based questions in order to see if you would mesh well with the rest of the team

I had a very positive experience from the very first recruiter call throughout accepting the offer. All my questions were answered about the role, I was being updated about the progress and next steps and I really highly appreciate that the interviewing and hiring process was super quick. I got all the needed support which contributed hugely to the acceptance for the offer. I also specifically liked that during the interviews I got to talk to the whole team: The team leader, the manager, a marketing director and also potential colleagues from the Business Development Team. This holistic view really helped with my decision and gave the opportunity to get to know the team better. I haven’t had such an outstanding experience anywhere else.

I had arranged to be called between a specific time on a certain day for interview by a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter, for the role of a Business Development Manager. I confirmed by email the time and date. I was never called despite waiting by my phone. No missed call, no voicemail and no follow up email. A number of days later, I sent an email to the relevant person enquiring what was the issue, but this email also went unanswered. Extremely bad impression and a total waste of my time. Never again.
