I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys BPM (Durham, NC) in Jul 2019
Interview
Recruiter contacted me and got me thru to the in-person interview. Process was straight forward and easy to follow along. Managers during the interview were polite and professional with their questions/attitude. Gaining entry to the building was a bit confusing but that has to do with it being the client site so can't hold that against infosys.
It's a walkin drive at DLF Phase 3 building 6, and there were 3 rounds of interview and a assessment involved into it, First HR round then Manager round and then senior manager interaction round.
Good process. HR and hiring manager were polite and asked meaningful questions. The interview process was structured, professional, and transparent, involving initial screening, technical rounds, and a final discussion with leadership.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Infosys BPM (Bengaluru)
Interview
Interview was easy and it is a very good company. I have spent 7 yrs working there. Only issue is with the salary hike. Promotion and work culture is good but very less hike for existing employees.
