The HR asks about my background, experience, strengths, weaknesses, and career goals. I answer concisely, show enthusiasm, highlight skills, and demonstrate cultural fit. The HR explains the role and next steps.
Totally two rounds of the interview process. First was Written exam and then virtual interview. Questions from role and technology which we applied. Here we can get hybrid work culture.
