Interview with VP, interview with HR, superday. The whole process was pretty long. Mostly very nice people. Superday has 1 case study and 2 interviews. The case study was pretty chill.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at InfraRed Capital Partners (London, England) in Jun 2022
Interview
11 rounds including a last one with HR and partner. Case study which they kept for their own reference. Too many rounds just because. Very unstructured and unprofessional. I think they forgot how long I had been in the process and many of the interviewers had no notes of the previous rounds.
First round with HR, then technical interviews with rest of the team, case study then offer if I am not wrong. Timeline was very quick from what I understand and they had over 500 applications.
