Friendly and as expected. The interview was conducted in a way that made me feel comfortable. Enjoyed that it was a face-to-face interview. Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door; staff came across very friendly. Interview was on a Friday afternoon and all staff seemed happy to be there despite it being almost the end of the day on the last work day of the week.

Interview
The hiring manager reached out to by email to schedule an interview and I replied and we scheduled a time to meet. After this, everything was extremely informal, which to a degree is fine when having a virtual interview. However, this was an extremely unproductive interview as the hiring manager was on vacation (which I appreciated him taking the time away from his family to talk with me) but he was outside, in the wind and we could barely understand each other. I asked if he could move to a quieter place so I could understand him and it only got worse. I can't speak to anything beyond this as I never heard back and also didn't reach out myself as I didn't get a good experience on my end.
