Long interview process with many stages and requirements, it took some time to progress and get signatures. Not a quick process but in terms of preparation, there is not too much required.

Interview
First interview was with a recruiter, who then sent me a coding task, which took me some hours to do. The next stage was a technical interview. I expected to be asked about the task, but instead it was a full 1hr interview about general knowledge coding questions with no mention of the task at all. I honestly don't believe that they looked at my code, since the interview invitation was sent out very quickly after me sending the task for the next day. To me, it felt like they either knew that they weren't going to hire me going into the interview, or they just usually don't look at the coding assignments.
