    Took me over a month. Applied in March and received a phone call from them 2 weeks later. After the phone interview, they set up an interview with the hiring manager and afterwards an interview with the chief executives. It's a tedious process.

I didn't have any mental services experience, so I didn't have the best interview and didnt really know how to answer their questions.
