Inmotion interview questions

I got the impression that the only goal from the company side is for job seekers to feel miserable. While waiting outside with a triangle-shaped security guy, nobody came out to say, e.g. "Hello, we are currently busy (or not) inside. Would you mind if you wait for another 30, 60, 100 minutes...?". That would've been fine. Instead, I just got the stereo sound of the live party, laughing, etc. Actually I don't know weather this was just related to the unprofessional posture only. Or, it is that combined with the awareness that, for every available job in Bosnia, there are thousands of people applying for it.. Yes, it is a USA company, but standards are still from Bosnia.
