Innovation Credit Union interview questions

I interviewed with a human resource personnel and a department worker. The interview process was over an hour long. Many behavioral questions were asked and there were different stages of the interview. Both interviewers made me feel welcome and comfortable.

After about a week since applying, I received a pre-screening phone call. We set up an interview for a couple weeks later where I met with the HR recruiter and Vice President of FA's. Very professional company, as they paid mileage and meals since I was coming in from out of town. Sounded like they really care about their employees, and a very supportive work culture.
