Innovation First International interview questions

The process is very informal. Expect to be asked mostly open ended questions regarding your past experiences at previous positions, what you have done outside of work such as open source projects, etc.

I applied online though a job site. They do not post in the carrier section of their website when they have openings. I was called in for an interview by the HR Manager. The meeting took about 40 minutes where they asked several questions about how I typically handle AR. I felt like the interview went really well. They said no matter what they will follow up with a phone call by the following Friday to let me know yes or no. Phone call was not received, I check in several times over the following months to only get the runaround of "We want to bring you on board, and are waiting for the owners approval."
