They are too strenuous on their interview process for they poor way they treat their employees. This is NOT a professional environment. During the interview process they actually call your references. As well, they seem really nice during the interview and make their workplace seem like you will get a lot of opportunities, benefits, and that this is your career. This is just a front! When you begin working here you will see that the benefits are too expensive, there is no over time allowed, and they tell lies about your review processes and ratings as an employee to make themselves look good! Don't be fooled by this employer and their lengthy interview process, its not worth the energy.
