I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Inpharmation (High Wycombe, England)
Interview
A very thorough interview process which consists of 5 stages. The initial 4 stages are typical to most graduate scheme interview stages - involving a CV stage, phone interview, a mathematical test and the first in person interview which includes a email writing assessment to a fake client explaining a concept. The final stage is very difficult. It's a long interview (2-3 hours) that involves many different aspects including a 15 minute presentation on a specific topic related to the job. Other aspects include a telephone role play, relaying of concepts, and behavioural interview questions.

Interview
For the final interview I was asked to read a book and prepare a 15 minute presentation. Conducted in a professional manner and interviewers were friendly. You are held to a very high standard and will only be offered a job if everything is very good in your interview.

Interview
Personal questions at the first stage as well as email task and maths test which was a lot easier than the test practice
Very funny on people leaving as they only hire grads I didn’t get the job for mentioning transferable skills
