Interview
Clear, and well organized. The process from the first contact to the confirmation that my profile was accepted was done in just a month. After that, the CTO and lead engineer accepted an additional call just to have a bit more of a chat about the product, internal processes, architecture, etc.

An actually interesting technical test, that consisted in a peer-coding session on a barebone version of the application, debugging malfunctioning code and implementing new features.
