InputZero Software Engineer- Javascript interview questions

For the first round, they ask to come to their office all the way. There will be an online test after which a F2F round will be held. For the next F2F, they had asked me for a skype interview, where the inerviewer asked to code. So after that I got the feedback saying, the interviewer wanted to test me on Javascript. To which I again agreed and this time it was a telephonic interview. I answered all the questions. After 2 days, the HR calls me to tell that the project hasn't been started yet and it will take a month. There were 3 other guys apparently in the same situation. After I call back after a month, they say that the position is still not open and they will let me know when the project starts. They simply wasted time, money and energy.
