I had the first interview with the it recruiter, after she got in touch with me via linkedin. The interview was ok, nothing bad about it, she just asked me that basic "tell me more about yourself", told me a little more about the job position and then asked my salary expectation. The bad thing was the next step, which was an online assessment that I believe that is not really related to the job, because the role was Performance Test Engineer and the test was more related to QA Automation than Performance Test. I wasted my time trying to answer 7 questions about QA Automation and only 1 about Performance Test.
