I applied to a position they were recruiting for, for a 3rd party company. It was a great experience until it wasn't. After constant communication, 3 interviews, and 2 take-home assignments, they totally ghosted me. No follow up, no text or email, just sudden silence after taking up a huge amount of my time. Obviously I was rejected from the job. But they couldn't take the time out of their day to let me know? Very poor protocol for a "professional" staffing agency. I will not apply to another Insight Global posting again.
