I received an offer from one interview. There wasn't really a job description so it was a very long interview. Very detailed interview. They are not very flexible on PTO. You start as a contractor with hopes of going permanent.

First, talked to a talent acquisition specialist. Super helpful and kind. She sent me to an interview with the Director of Operations. They both asked questions about why I would want to work there and what made me a good candidate. They care a lot about your grit and optimism.

The initial interview was over microsoft teams. Basic interview questions, but not much detail on the actual job and not the possibility for advancement. Interviewer was professional and open about the current job market.

It was a smooth process. Got a recruiter call and they my initial interview then they scheduled a interview meeting. It was so quick and it went smoothly. Next day they let me know I got good feedback. I got hired.
