I spent three rounds in interviews (not including phone calls) and then was told over a phone call that I was not selected. I asked for feedback, and they could not produce a reason as to why. I asked for ways to improve, there were none. Felt like I was just a way for them to meet their interview quota. I took time off from my hourly job to be there. Very disappointing to say the least.
