Clear and simple. Very good communication. The recruiter walked me through the process and every question was answered. They also called me a month after hire to ensure I was doing well.
The didn't even read my resume. Asked the same questions that my resume would've answered then wanted to schedule another interview with an associate recruiter to probably ask the same questions again. They also didn't understand they tech they were hiring for. Waste of time.
