I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Insource Services
Very quick, professional. The recruiting staff were very welcoming. The staff responded with an offer within two days. They were very responsive to follow-up questions. They provided documentation and very clear next steps when it came to the potential onboard process.
- Questions pertaining to basic IT fundamentals.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Wellesley, MA
I applied online. I interviewed at Insource Services (Wellesley, MA) in Mar 2021
The interviewer was covering for their colleague. Unfortunately the interviewer could not describe the position and could not answer questions related to it. They kept repeating that they were just covering for someone and that this was not what they did. Was told they would relay the questions and get back but there was not follow through. The interviewer was a nice person but really out of their element. They were pretty much talking about their role in the company not the open position. It was not really an interview.
- No specific questions other than what my current role was.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insource Services in Mar 2020
up to three interviews: they were all technical, asked questions about net work protocols and other wire less connections, and troubleshooting stuff. they were may be half an hour long.
- how is an email sent and received?

Anonymous Employee in Wellesley, MA
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insource Services (Wellesley, MA)
Interview process was a relaxed conversation style. I interviewed with a few different tiers of management. First with the recruiter, then with a few managers, then with the IT Director. The interviewer's were genuine and friendly and asked me mostly non-typical interview questions and turned the interview into a discussion about my interests, hobbies and related experience.
- How did you find out about the position.
