They seem to think they sit on a tech goldmine and only the absolute elite may get a chance. An incredibly convoluted interview process with many steps including tasks which take hours (including recording yourself). I got passed the rounds easy enough but then absolutely nothing from the recruitment team despite many follow up emails. Hugely disrespectful to candidates time. The least you can say is "sorry you didn't pass". But no. They are too high and mighty and trying to get AI into the process as others have mentioned. Massive red flag.

I applied online. I interviewed at Insycle (Newcastle, England) in Jul 2025
Interview
Interview via Hyring AI Interviewer - the system didn't work and was then not even offered the opportunity to speak to someone directly to pass on that feedback - "AI Interviewer" kept interrupting and lagging as if meant to put your off your stride.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insycle in Nov 2025
Interview
Interview process was quick and going well until I was in the final round and they canceled the interview 30 mins before it was scheduled saying they basically change their mind after I prepped the entire weekend. Incredibly disrespectful and a huge waste of time especially for someone who was doing good in the process. I was completely blindsighted.
