1 call interview that went well the manager was nice and wanted to give opportunity to new undergrads. then in person interview was though a lot of question since it was customer end and they expect good behavior and communication skills. the meeting went well adn the offer letter was sent a week later
I didn’t expect the question to be related to customer service. Overall it was an eye opening experience. Just prepare for anything I would say not just the role you are applying for
