Answered 4 prerecorded questions online then got contacted via telephone to set up an interview virtually. Interviewed with 2 managers from different locations. Asked to answer questions using STAR method. Went through some interview questions posted by others on this website and it definitely helped me to prepare. There were lots of behavioral and situation questions.

Question 1
Describe a time you dealt with an irate individual and how did you go about it?
Rounds of interviews, video questions and then in person. instructions will be provided. that's it I know. video interview link will be accessible for days. once you start, you have to finish it.
The interview process was quite easy, standard customer service questions, nothing out there to trick you. There isn’t much pressure and there very friendly which is a good sign, there was one person person per interview

Interview
The interview is not too long between 15-30 minutes. They will ask general questions about you and you experience. This is a good job too apply if you are a college student or graduate. Make sure that you know how to answer questions about situations and relate to groups projects that you done in school. Im not from a fiance or insurance background so you really have energy and show that your ready to learn and be a good team player.
