IntechOpen interview questions

First round interview with talent aquisition specialist and 2 of the department managers. 3 people supposed to be in attendance - 1 person did not make the meeting. Was informed that the position applied for had been filled but they were interested in my skillset and could be a good fit in other areas. Very open and honest interview, or so I thought. I had to chase them as I had heard nothing back after a week so I chased them. Got an email back after another week to say I was unsuccessful and didn't meet their needs at the moment.
