Integral (MI) interview questions

Initial Phone screening Coding exercise at home with a maximum time of 2 hours worked on it using test driven development. Pair programming virtual interview for one day. The developers at the company are very friendly.

Phone calls, coding assessment, followed by a full day on site doing paired programming exercises and meeting with the team. Pretty straightforward, none of the meaningless gymnastics or unrealistic exercises you see many companies using to screen developers. Very focused on culture fit, communication style, and real world coding experience.
