The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Integrity Express Logistics (Cincinnati, OH) in Feb 2021
Interview
A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn, who I spoke with briefly on the phone. Beyond that, I had a phone call with one of the managers at HQ in Cincinnati. Finally, there was a 3rd phone call with one of the Sales Directors who then offered me the job.

I interviewed at Integrity Express Logistics (Denver, CO)
Interview
Spoke with a recruiter and then scheduled an onsite interview. Shadowed a team lead that was doing well with the company. Then met with the hiring manager and was asked a handful of questions about my background.
The team was very animated and seemed to collaborate well. Unfortunately we did not come to an agreement on comp. They have a "set in stone" policy on initial compensation which gave me the feeling they are just looking for warm bodies.
