I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Plano, TX)
Interview
The interview process was a two step interview. First was the phone interview, it was very technical and lasted about thirty minutes. After the phone interview I was asked to come in for a face to face interview. The face to face was also very technical but they also ask several basic behavioral interview questions. The interview was split between four different individuals, the first two hit you with the technical questions and then the next two follow up with more questions that are less technical. They will also fill you in on what to expect with the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Saint Paul, MN) in Aug 2011
Interview
Interview was a multi-stage process. Started with a phone interview, then they brought me in for a series of interviews with managers and leads as well as HR. Offer was made, then salary negotiated with HR.
