phone interview: very basic questions on inverter characteristics, capacitances in mosfet, pipeling and cache basics,set up time and hold time violations...pretty easy stuff..discussed about my resume..
Onsite Interview:I had 4 1:1 interview sessions, Mostly digital vlsi design stuff, some architecture basics,k-map,fsm,logic,RC circuits. They gave me a finfet and asked to analyse it. over all it was easy but didn't get the offer because of the hiring freeze..

First round technical test , then they shortlisted few guys ( exactly number i don't know ) after that technical round interview they asked based on cv and vlsi .
2nd round they asked me why do u want to work for this profile , u have done ur coursework in signal processing ?

2 hrs interview with panel of 3 people. Asked about past experience, current education and working, and 2-3 scenarios for team building. After that asked about some technical VLSI design. Then some general questions about personal life.
