Interview
After initial shortlisting of candidates, there were two round of interviews and both of them were technical.
Asked questions related to computer architecture and internship and some general questions like where I see myself few years down the line and question regarding further studies. The questions asked were simple questions related to multi-core and concurrency issues etc. Two were hired for this newly formed group whose aim is to do processor design.

Inconsistent and depending on each of the groups. For technical people, each team prepares their own interview process. Behavioral interviews are more consistent, however, who performs the interview might be different
