3 phone interviews were conducted, beginning with the hiring manager, all the way up to the Division GM. That was followed by a full day face to face interview which felt like a thesis dissertation given that the schedule included over 11 interviews with 8 of the individuals possessing PhD's. However, everyone was exceedingly cordial and seemed genuinely interested in the interviewing process, the person being interviewed, and more than willing to share their thoughts about the job in question as well as the company's culture.
