The interview process is very simple - please come prepared with your own questions regarding expectations of call volume and holidays to work. The interviewer was pleasant and direct with the expectations. There are at least 2 levels in the interview process - the first one with the recruiter and the second is a clinical interview to see what team you'd best fit with.

Easy, recruiter was basically telling me the job sucks and you don’t want this job.
So, I talked her into being more positive and why I wanted the role from home and full time.
